SemperFit Yoga Flex with Coach Vince

Coach Vince’s Yoga Flex class combines the muscle-sculpting and core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flowing strength and flexibility movements of Yoga. Your body weight is used to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define muscles big and small. There’s nothing else like it!! Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.

Semper Fit Minis

Coach Vince brings the intensity of his Semper Fit Fat Burner classes to kids!! A fun and exciting way for kids to learn how to stay fit and healthy while working out. Using his experiences in the Marine Corps combining it with the knowledge he gained through his youth physical fitness certification to give an upbeat class that Strengthens and Motivates!!

Semper Fit Fat Burner

As a former active duty Marine turned certified fitness trainer, Coach Vince created the Semper Fit Fat Burner as a military-style circuit workout featuring high- intensity conditioning and power moves. Using his experiences in the Marine Corps combining it with the knowledge he gained through his group training and nutrition certifications to give an upbeat class that Tones, Strengthens and Motivates!!
